Although I like creating challenges and I like being able to support other people, I think I am going to take a break from challenges for awhile once I am done with my current challenges.

It seems that I am a self-sabotager. I will be doing great but then as soon as it is written in stone what I am going to do I go and do the opposite! What's up with that??? I hate that.

People at work are starting to notice my weight loss. It feels really good that people are noticing. I am so proud that I'm still doing this. I still have at least a year until I reach my goal weight, but I'm two months down and I'm doing great.

What a great feeling receiving compliments for your hard work! I'm glad to hear your co-workers acknowledge your success. I too sabotage myself. I get close to some of my major goals and desires and then WHAM, out of control. Why do we do this especially when we know it won't make us happy? I beat myself up for it quite a bit but haven't changed. I'm hoping this time ... Hang in there and don't give up on yourself. You are worth it! You will reach your goal! Have a great one!

Thanks Java and Rocky! I will keep swimming, one lap at a time ;) That's why I keep in mind my ultimate goal, but I am going in 10 lbs incraments. Which I only have 6 pounds until my next 10 pounds is gone!

I have the same problem! I set the goal to lose 20 lbs by my birthday (2 months out). My birthday is tomorrow and I've only lost 2 lbs! Trying to start logging again today.
