Yes, yes, yes! The key is sports - when I've been at gym the wieight drop is far more likely. So logical and so true.
I adore my new gym and as it is so close to my home and in my way to wherever I go, no excuses
166.0 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week
