CALCULATING MY HEART RATE

220 - 38(age)= 182

182 x 0.6(60%HR)= 109 min HR during exercise

182 x 0.8(80%HR)= 145 max HR during exercise

fat burning: 132 to 142 beats per minute 22 to 24 beats per 10 sec

aerobic: 142 to 152 beats per minute 24 to 26 beats per 10 sec

steady state: 152 to 162 beats per minute 26 to 27 beats per 10 sec

anerobic: 162 to 172 beats per minute 27 to 29 beats per 10 sec

find pulse and count for 10 sec, then multiply by 6.

Resting heart rate: 14 heart beats (for 10 sec) x 6 = 82 RHR

My HR today was 168 for approx 20 min.
