The kids an appt today so I ended up not getting breakfast... I did just make a salad for lunch though but I don't know what to do for dinner yet. It's been weird since I end up with dinner company when I don't expect it, at least they end up eating whatever I am eating instead of making a big fuss over the low carb factor. I need to do a few things I think to get myself completely back on track but I wonder if changing my birth control has made a difference in my weight too, it definitely does a number on my hormones and stuff so it's a possibility.
