Happy Tuesday FS!

I am so excited! I jumped on the scale and my weight dropped again! Thought I would struggle more since my brother is here but I have been holding strong. It really does help me checking in with FS. Great support ... Thanks all! I am determined to get this weight off!

Working out and then heading to the beach.

170.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

o darn ...you mean even with my toe on your scales, it didnt go up...hahaha....just keep doing what your doing...and that weight will be a thing of the past...
