Just got back from SanFran with family after 1 1/2 week vacation & did not follow diet well but very glad that only gain 1 lb. through the whole thing.
Now that I'm back to the usual routine & exercise will try to obtain my goal of 125 lbs.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
