I'm home. Here's today's journal I'm not sure why riding all day should make you so tired. After all . . . you're just sitting there! The event this weekend was great fun. There were about 10 of us fiber goobs sitting around a big table sharing stories and what we were doing. The building was open and there was the loveliest breeze blowing through all day. The view of the harvest hills stretching out in all directions from the building the event was in was breathtaking. Upper Iowa is quite beautiful this time of year, although it is usually much cooler. It was a truly gorgeous, perfect day. Today I've been back to the grind. My food is on track and I've sorted through a few boxes. I hope to get more done tomorrow and hopefully feel less tired. Here is where we were. http://www.thecosgroveinstitute.org/history.html

Yay your home safe and sound..glad it was a great event for you...its hard on your body to sit for long periods of time...when we go on a trip we stop often to walk a little...my doctor told me to never sit for more than 20 mins..before getting up..but then I was sitting for hours in an office...I still get up often.. Love and Hugs...

Hi Bren. We stopped fairly frequently . . . about every 1 1/2. We would never have gotten home if we stopped every 20 min. LOL! I'm off to bed early. Love and hugs back at ya.

The same to you Stef. I kind of fell off the wagon last night. I'm back on today. Night time seems to be my downfall.
