I did good for lunch we went to McDonald's but i only had a small coffee and a parfia. We are at Dorney Park so we will be having pizza for dinner so i didnt want to fill up on lunch.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
