Day 47 of 60.
Finally made it back to the gym after more than a week off. I was concerned about making my sore shoulder worse so I dropped on level on each machine, but the exercises didn't cause any pain and it hasn't been sore after the gym, so I'm hoping I'm safe. I guess we'll see when I wake up tomorrow.

Day off tomorrow!!! It's Sports Day, a national holiday in Japan, commemorating the opening of the Tokyo Olympics back in 1964. I guess it will only be appropriate that I get back to the gym tomorrow.
