Wow! I was so bad last night! I could not stop eating at all just wanted to fill my face and perhaps that imaginary gap that I felt. Guess my emotional eating took effect with a vengeance. But I'm hoping it was a minor slip up and will not harm me too much. Guess I will find out on Monday when I do a weigh in! Yet another lesson learned here when that mood strikes I should walk away from the food, fridge and remove myself from the apartment too! There is one other thing that I do not feel is fair is how some people I know can eat anything and not put on an ounce of weight! Watching my boyfriend gobble up 3/4 of a large pizza was a challenge! Specially when he topped it off with a king size chocolate bar! So cruel!
Oh well I would like to think it will catch up to him, but that is just fooling myself! So I must trudge on!
I will, I can and I shall succeed in this life long journey!
