Followed program pretty close. Got back to the gym last night and walking 1.5 miles at lunch time helps. Lots of water and exercise is the secret - No scret!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
