I had been following weight watchers. They changed the points on the foods. I just couldn't keep with the program and after I put 10 pounds on over the winter its time for something new to follow. I plan on walking more now the weather is nice and no more excuses.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

I did weight watchers many many years ago. One of the reasons I decided to go with a basic calorie count/my own plan was the simplicity of the math and the fairly easy access to information on just about any food. Best of luck in finding something that makes you feel good AND is easy to manage! BTW - your profile pic is what drew me to your post. I have one of those snoozing on my floor right now!
