I have been eating better, more filling vegtables, less fatting foods and less altogether. I am trying to excercise when I have time. I need to make time.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
