Morning exercise
Yoga: 25min
Weighted hoop: 20 min

Last night my friend and I went to the fair. I only had a taco salad and only ate a bite of the shell.
I was able to stay away from the dip'n dots and funnel cakes!! Mainly b/c I did not want to eat the gluten in everything but still that is probably over 500 cal saved at the least.
Plus we did about two hours of walking around so that was good as well.
Well, have to get out today and should start getting ready. Hope everyone is having a great day so far??

What's the weighted hoop, anyway? A hula hoop?

Yes I have two. One is a 1 1/2 pound hula hoop and the other is a 10 pound hula hoop. It is really fun and I think actually work on your waist.

Wow. I can just imagine you working out in the new house with the hula hoop and all that room!
