Happy Wednesday FS!

Have decided to weigh in tomorrow ... Twice actually, once on my own snarly scale and once at the office. We had a weight challenge at work that comes to an end that I hoped would give me incentive. I promptly put on 5 pounds after signing up for that. That was before I came back to FS. I topped at almost 185 again and was totally out of control and almost out of my clothes.

Got in some exercise after work in addition to my stretching ... Yeah! I drank my water too late in the day.

Oh yesterday, one of the ladies at work asked me how much weight I lost since we last spoke. I told her no additional pounds. She said really, you look like you have lost more and told me to keep it up because it is working. So, that made me feel good!
