Chancelet's Journal, 18 April 2016

I didn't weigh in today, because I'm pretty sure I either didn't lose anything or gained some. It's so hard to keep the carbs down. When I do, the weight goes, but past a week or so, something always comes up that causes me to get more carbs than I should. I've started over again yesterday. I'll weigh in next week for sure, no matter what the outcome.
