Day 5, walk was a bit unpleasant but I soldiered on and did 6km which was great in the end. Rewarded myself with a 20min steam room to detox and had my smoothie after gym .I must say I'm tired but I am looking forward to a eating clean day and keeping hydrated. I find that cravings kick in after 4pm but I try to ignore them as much as I can when I can't I eat a handful of Walnuts and drink Rooibos Tea with 1tspn honey and lemon, that gets me going to Dinner time. I'm not planning to fast forever I want to get to a routine of healthy eating and limit my alcohol consumption as I binge a lot after a glass of wine
I admire Vegans and Vegetarians but I love fish too much so ill keep it low carb and very little to no sugar. Sugar I believe does a lot of damage to our bodies than most foods and it is in most carbs too.
Tomorrow is supposed to be my cheat day but after doing so well this week I'm not sure I want to go back there

you sound like me. or what I'm going thru , I feel tired the past 2 days as well but its because I'm also getting rid off that unhealthy habits and sugar cravings. well done so far and you are doing great.
