It's weird...I weigh less now after eating and drinking coffee and water than I have the past couple days. Even after my cheating last night... I am only .2 higher than my last weigh in but I am not recording until my next challenges are due which I believe is tomorrow. I think I am in like 6 challenges lol. I am totally fine without a major gain from yesterdays yumminess :D

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 October 2011:

That is interesting. I weigh more on awakening than I do at noon. I drop a pound or 2 by 1 pm and that is after eating a gigantic breakfast! I never had that happen on any of the weight loss programs before, even Atkins. it must be something to do with when the body decides to expel the residues and wastes from the fat lost.

Usually I gain all throughout the day and seriously I most expected a gain from the smoothie last night but if my body isn't going to hate me for it I don't mind :D
