Ugh! Went to Longhorn and my girlfriend wanted to split a cheesecake. I still kept everything under 85% of my RDI but I managed to temporarily gain 2 lbs. Going to delay my weigh in until Saturday morning to wait for my body to metabolize the late dinner.
