Hermiones Mom's Journal, 25 March 2016

Hopped on the scale, in spite of my desire to stick with a once weekly weigh-in, and it said 164.4. I'm thrilled, but I am not going to record it as an official weigh-in because I know I bounce up and down every week. My goal was to finish out March at 164, so I am hoping that today's weight will prove accurate when I weigh-in officially on Tuesday 3-29. If I can hit 164 by the end of the month, then there is some hope that I could actually see a "15" weight during April, and that possibility really keeps me going. I have not weighed in the 15s in 30 years, and I am absolutely determined to stay the course and keep the weight off this time. Thanks everyone for sticking with me on this journey.

aren't some of us a slave to the scale??? and,it messes with our heads...Good luck with 164! I am stuck at 174 and need to get back down to 164, I am stretching out my leggins! Hey, there is 31 days in March, two extra days so you can reach your goal!
