I am very excited to weigh myself and record the next entry at the end of the week...I am trying very very hard and am just so excited!!! I will continue to watch my calories, walk daily and excercise at least 4 days a week, with the Lord's Grace and Guidance :)!!
133.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
