Was doing well with week 1 being under RDI & drinking >500 ml H20 a day then got sick last weekend. Had the flu & was in hospital x 2 days. No appetite & not eating as usual yet, thats why got 2-3 lbs weight loss.
Hope this week is better.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
