Woke at 212.6, down 1.4 from yesterday. Targeting 1655 calories today with some light eating to account for the late night red wine. Came home at 212.8 with lots of water pooling in my legs. Ate dinner first, hit 1655 calories, and then hopped on the treadmill for 60 minutes at 3 mph while I read reports. Got a 211.0 after to match last night’s post “workout” weight. Still carrying a lot of water. Wine was fun last night but didn’t move out the H2O!

Good job! Not only did you drink the wine to cure the fluid weight and lost some, but by the end of the bottle, you didn't care. LMAO!
