I have been doing Boot Camp Madness 3 days a week for the past 2 weeks and following the no-dinner diet. I don't eat after 4 pm. I eat a big lunch instead of eating dinner. This seems to be working well for me. I drink only water and occasionally have a diet soda or tea w/ artificial sweetner. I try to drink at least 100 oz of water a day. I have lost 13.8 lbs in 2 weeks.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
