Do not let people, places, or things throw you off your game and alter your focus / goals.went for lunch with M as usual ...chatted about how many cals in oour last lunch ...she was shocked ( 850cals ) so we both settled on a lighter lunch ...i had a sausage on toast...success!
stay away from peanut snacks the calories mount up far tooooo quickly...remember this number 1 rule at the buffet ...
