Way over ate my calorie count today. Not sure exactly how it happened. And the funny thing is, looking over my log, about the only thing I might have done without was my waffle snack. But I was really hungry today, and my policy now is that no matter how long it takes me to lose the weight, I'm going to eat healthy, eat fewer calories than I burn, but not go hungry. I also took a nap today, which is really unusual. But Tuesday I ice skated for an hour. Wednesday I had a one-hour work-out with the trainer. And today I took Carson to agility class. I also did the grocery shopping, attended two client meetings, and made a gigantic batch of my famous roasted eggplant spaghetti sauce, and stayed up too late several nights watching MSNBC and getting aggravated. So this afternoon around 5pm, I realized I needed a nap. So I gathered up Carson and we got into my Lazy-Boy and, as usual, as soon as I put Carson on my shoulder and covered us up, he went comatose and we had a very nice nap together. I'm so glad he's cuddly.
