Draglist's Journal, 03 March 2016

Woke at 213.6, up 1.6 from yesterday. This one surprised me given that I came home at 211.4 with no workout last night. Ate a modest dinner of meat and steamed veggies (but ate cake earlier in the morning). Targeting 1638 today. Not sure about a workout as I only got 4 hours of shut-eye again. UPDATE: Came home a little lighter -- 212.4. Did dinner and then hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes to top off my 3.7 miles already walked today and hit my daily goal of 6 miles. Got off and weighed 211.2. A bit ‘irregular’ and bloaty still, so will drink a lot and hopefully move some water over the next day. Hit my calorie goal. Higher calorie burn numbers as I wore my replacement Fitbit Surge today. It seemed to track heart rate numbers correctly regardless of hand placement during my workout. Good news.

4 hours of sleep = weight gain from from adrenal stress. Get some sleep, Bill! Your weight is dropping off, buddy! Just relax a bit. Your body needs to get more rest.

Listen to Mom....my mom always said "Mom knows best", lol. But I agree agree, sleep will likely help. Your plan for the month should get you in the direction you want...have a great day.

I agree with Mom - figure out some way to get more rest.

Since I suffer from Non-24 I only get 3 hours of REM in a 24 hour period and I've lost approx. 25 lbs so far. If you are able try to get more sleep because it will mentaly make you stronger to stay on track. Over all it's healthier to get enough sleep but if your personal circumstances make that difficult don't fret too much...it won't make you gain weight...it was that blasted piece of cake :D

You're still in the negative for the month...weird that the supper weight stuck with you overnight...must have been that evil broccoli. :-)

Overall it seems like you are doing well, and staying the course weight wise. But I bet you are right about the peanuts - a little extra salt and lack of sleep - all seems to add up. Today is a new day - keep the faith!
