no change. even tho i worked out more than usual yesterday, i think the birthday food had somethin to do with it. grandaddy's bday, lots of yummy stuff. and i couldnt find it all on the food tracker. i had to leave out fried bologna and cucumber onion tomato salad. it had italian dressing, was soo good. i guess i will just work extra hard today(:
204.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
