Getting back on the "bike", there are only 2 types of physical activities that I really enjoy, Martial Arts, which unfortunately never helped me lose weight, and Cycling, which helps me a lot.

Back to the Cycling routine, 2-3x a week is helping me lose weight again, an damn, It's fun.
