Wow! I didnt realize it had been that long since i did a weigh in! My schedule has been *crazy* busy, but I've weighed and worked my diet well (even though i haven't journaled).

So here's the ups and downs of the last 2 weeks. . .

I gained a couple lbs and was very frustrated. I was also experiencing really strong carb cravings for the first time. Last Tuesday (the 6th?) I finally took a little time to go to the FS website and really study my food diary. I found that out of 24 days of induction, 12 of them had been over on calories and 14 had been over on carbs. And most of the 'indescretions' had been in the most recent time. I'm impressed I lost any weight or maintained at all!

So I was only a few days away from my 4 wk marker of being on Atkins (induction), and i really, really needed to move on to OWL, but i disn't have time to continue reading the book AND the cravings had popped up.

So i decided to get really serious about induction. I dropped 3 lbs immediately (and i was less than 6lbs from my goal)! my lowest weight was 132.6, my highest 134.2, but i feel like 133 is pretty accurate.

I really need to move on to OWL, but once again, too busy to continue reading. I'm not intersted in weightloss anymore, but fitness level. I need to start exercising and toning. I'm 'skinny fat' if that makes sense. In other words, I'm a size 6 (!) but I'm flabby and 'fat'.

In other news, my labs are looking good. I've gone from good to even better (except my LDL levels). My HgbA1C has even improved (after only 1 month!), which surprised me since I've never had a sweet tooth.

So 'The 'Plan'. . .

I will continue strict induction. I will stay on induction one more week, more for it to be an even 6wks and to have time to read more than anything. I'm a little neurotic/OCD. . .

And i will start walking and hopefully do Wii Active.

133.0 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
