Woke at 212.8, up .8 after dinner and dessert out last night. Targeting 1523 calories today to make up for last night's frozen yogurt! UPDATE: Had a complete rest day. Will not even hit one mile of walking. Ate 1521 calories to get back on track. Did not do an evening weigh in. Will start again tomorrow.
