Another week, another pound. I did have some almonds this week, and some low-fat cottage cheese which was not on plan. But, the scale is still going the right way.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
