Well I've managed to lose the (couple of) lbs I gained last week, PLUS another 1/4 lb to drop to 145 lbs even. So that means I've kind of stalled out on the 12 week "lose a lb a week" challenge, bummer. I was hoping for a slightly lower number today, oh well there's always tomorrow. Problem is I'm somewhat hungry right now, and a little bummed about my tax situation - looks like my hubby & I will owe this year, which will greatly interfere with my New Year's resolution to FINALLY go to New Zealand. I REALLY want a cupcake right now; of course a cupcake won't fix the tax situation or the trip to New Zealand, and it certainly WON'T help me see a lower number tomorrow. Gotta stay focused on the long-term goal: New Zealand and 135 lbs; save money AND cut calories, it CAN be DONE!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
