One more pound until I'm out of the two hundreds! Had too many cashew nuts then threw the rest away to avoid any more temptation
200.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet The GI diet   losing 1.0 lb a week

I'm like that with almonds. Good for you but still high fat. I package only what I need for my work lunches so I'm not too tempted lol 😉
