So I have lost 5 stone since last April. I have addressed what I feel is an eating disorder, in body , mind and spirit through overeaters annonymous. I would encourage anyone to have a look at their web site , if they feel that they have a compulsion and an obsession around food. It truly works and I am 40 and free from the painful obsession of wanting to be slim. But always being or returning to being fat.
