So TOM came this morning. Maybe that's why I didn't lose as much as I was hoping to this past week. I haven't done any research on that yet, but it might be my next project. I'm still happy that I didn't gain. I'm curious to see what happens with my weight over the next few days.

Luckily I haven't had any major cravings. I had to walk through the bakery section to get to the deli - how RUDE! I looked at all the chocolate cakes and the donuts, and thought it would be nice if I could, but it was so easy to just keep going! I am so proud of myself.

Today at the soccer field as I was helping to clean up the snack bar, I did eat ONE chip with nacho cheese. It wasn't the end of the world, actually it was some good news. You really can eat just one!

I'm learning so many new recipies that are healthy, and I'm excited for a lifetime of recipes to enjoy!
