Woke at 213.8, up .6 from yesterday. Have a business lunch out but will stick with meat and veggies. Targeting 1825 calories again today. Business lunches were the hardest thing to get through before I retired.

I find it so hard to get something sensible when I'm out, but it sounds like a nice meal - especially the single malt. :-) I have to ask - what is your favourite brand. I'm a Dalwhinnie person. I also like the Robert Burns blend too - surprisingly nice for a blended scotch.

Macallan - peaty as I recall. I like McClelland's Highland 15 year old too - real nice but we cannot get it here in Newfoundland. We've had it brought back from Alberta - when it can be found. Apparently Newfoundlanders in Alberta love the stuff and clean the shelves as soon as it arrives. If you have Burns, let me know what you think. We always recommend that one to people wanting to try scotch for the first time. Sort of a "starter" scotch. :-) But nice for the average connoisseur too. And a whole lot easier on the wallett.
