Started tracking food and exercise again on 1/25. I set a goal of losing 12 pounds (goal weight 140). Chris set goal of losing 37 lbs (weighed in at 267, goal is 230). Last night he weighed in at 163!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
