Minor food victory - you know how people often bring sweets to work? Well this really nice fellow brought donuts, and he insisted that I take not one, but two! So I took a bite of one of them and told him they were very good. After he left, I took a bite out of the second one, then threw them both away! Normally I hate to waste food like that, but it's not like I really wanted or asked for 2 donuts, and I wasn't even hungry to begin with. Yeah, I need to work on the "Just Say No" part, but I did hold myself down to just one bite, so that's progress at least!
