Update: Fast day going great. Not hungry in the least. Drinking black coffee, green tea, and lots of water. Had two cups of low sodium chicken broth at noon, two more cups of beef broth at 3. Will do four cups of beef broth at 7 for dinner. Did my laxative pills at 4 and a ten ounce bottle of magnesium citrate at 5. Got one more to do at 9. No reaction yet (don’t worry, I won’t keep you updated)! LOL. Did 65 minutes of treadmill but not dropping all that liquid yet. Got a 217.8 weigh in at 5pm. Should be lighter in the morning!
