Day 10 of 60.
Not a great day. This is the first time I've gone over my calorie target and it's the second day in the row I've missed the gym. The problem is the same as yesterday. My wife had contacted a plumber earlier in the week, and this morning at 8:15 he called to say he was coming. I was content to let the phone ring, but for some reason the answering machine didn't pick up and it rang about a million times -- enough to have me fully awake after five hours sleep. I can get by quite well on six hours sleep, but less than that I'm a zombie all day, and a zombie that can't stop eating, at that.

Oh well, I'll get back on target tomorrow.
