WOW! Another huge drop down in weight? That's MORE than welcome!
Since yesterday, my weight dropped 1.4 kgs! I think I will have to say that I am now convinced that the spike days do help me get going again, and with a vengeance. This is amazing progress considering how far into my weight loss I am. I would have thought it would have have a long, hard, slow process by now, but the weight just keep "falling" off. I might gain a little again, though. I have a feeling that I was low on water this morning - I woke up VERY thirsty. We'll see. A weight loss is a weight loss in my eyes. I sure couldn't reach 94 kgs when I started! :)
I am now at a new, lowest weigh-in again, and I am actually satisfied with my goal for the week.
In other news, I am now on my 2nd day sporting size 34 jeans. Never before have I done that in my adult life - and probably barely as a teen.
Life is good!

I am a little curious about your plan. Can you give me some details? Are you doing 2XRDI on Saturday? Also, do you watch what u eat on Saturday or anything goes? What kind of exercise are you doing. Not very happy with my progress and I get distracted trying to do tougher things than what i can sustain and then go downhill from there.

@Ruchio: I keep things super simple. I watch my calorie intake, and that's more or less it. I do NOT go too deep into what I eat, though I do try to eat balanced, remember to eat vegetables, a little less meat etc. I eat 1700 calories 6 days a week, and that of course restricts me from going nuts in meat all the time. :) That being said I eat exactly what I want and what I feel like, but going over my calories is a major no-no. That works for me. On my Saturdays, I eat 2xRMR, which is a heck of a lot of food. I have done it three times now, and really not enjoyed them too much, but I see major progress. Exercise? What exercise? :) I don't do nearly what I feel that I should, but I do take walks and try to not just sit in one place all day. I have recently started running a little bit, but weather doesn't really make it easy, so I haven't been good on that. For me, what works is calorie intake control. I hope this helps. Good luck.
