ok...new day. I am back on the right track. Last night was BAD! but today is a new day. Last night during the Yankees game...I muched out! I ate 2 fried cheese sticks, 1 small cheedar and bacon skin, 6 fries, 2 fried tacoitos with lite sour cream and 2... 8 oz glasses of Soda.
Today...it's back on track time...atleast my headache is gone! going to walk during the soccer game..and start moving. Had a healthy protien breakfast and water to flush out the Coke. I need to find some low fat reciepes for the Yankees game tonight! Can't munch out again!
