Happy Hump Day!

It has now been 10 days since I've eliminated wheat from my diet. It amazes me that I've lost 7 pounds by doing nothing more than that and keeping to a 16:8 IF schedule (weekdays only).

The next step will be lowering carb intake. I know I can do this - the problem is sticking with it. This is where I need support from all of my super patient buddies.

Oh!! I forgot all about the MIM's! Great idea! Going to make one now. LMAO!!! Buffy the zucchini lasagna I am making tonight. Yippee for friends sharing food ideas!!
