NOT HAPPY! Feeling fat, discouraged, and unmotivated. I have gained more weight than ever since joining a gym - I feel like I am working out more and staying decently on track with my eating. SO WHAT THE HELL???
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could be a number of things. One, if you just started working out, our muscles retain water when we first start exercising. They get little tears in the muscle fibers. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small loss. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain. It could be too much sodium in the diet. Try a week of eating 1300 a day for the whole week and be really strict and see what happens. Are you tracking every bite, lick and taste honestly? Are you drinking water? Are you already in a healthy weight range for our height? Are your clothes more loose? Sometimes we lose fat and don't see it on the scale right away. You may need to keep changing things up till you find what works for you.
