Still losing weight - another 200g off today. Not as much as I am hoping for, but still - a loss is a loss, right?
I feel myself competing against reaching the goal from last Saturday morning's weigh-in - the one before I start my spike day. This is of course the lowest I will weigh in a week, and that is what I'm up against.
I am not sure I like that change in my weight loss journey. I like that I can just go about my business, and I will get there when I get there (which I do pretty fast), but now I see that if I don't get there by Saturday morning, then I will do my spike day and "ruin" everything. At least, that's how I feel. I want to make progress and I don't want the spike day to even it out too much.
Anyways, I am happy to see the weight coming off, and I am happy that the spike days seem to be helping me.
Also, I'd like to say thanks to all of you who keep commenting on my journals. I love reading your comments, and I like having the little dialogs that come out of it. Thanks, my friends.
Life is good.

:-) you have time yet.... You didn't think you were going to hit it last week, and then WHAM... It came off. I so admire your guts and determination, to give the Spike a good trial... Life is good here too :-)

Isn't it great when life is good, Sk1nny? :) Trust me, it's not always easy for me to be patient with this, but I have learned over the last 10 months that I HAVE to be patient, and that things don't happen overnight. It's strange - this last week I have gotten WAY more compliments on my weight loss than I deserve. In the big picture, nothing much have happened this last week. Weird.
