Day 6 of 60. Hey 10% of the way there already.
I feel like I'm back. Before I went off the diet during summer vacation, I was in a place where I felt completely satisfied with the amount I was eating. At that point, the diet is really almost on autopilot. All it really takes is making sure you've got the proper foods available to stick to the plan. Not having to deal with hunger makes it 100% easier.

Hi Alan, new buddy, I am also on Slim Fast and I use Diet Frozen dinners to help keep me under control. My husband passed so I have no one to cook for. I used to love to cook part of the reason I gained so much weight. Anyway wishing you luck and I am down to 158 now. 28 more to go.
