Xmas weekend could have not been much worse. Went over the new RDI everyday at the weekend. Still managed to take 60% off the deficit. Looking to ZERO the deficit by the weekend, and start making gains running up the NYE. #hopefull

CORRECTION: food intake had things taken, so correct numbers for Monday, end of play are: . Monday: -947 cal deficit & -17% RDI. Remains = +4 cal & 86% RDI. Only RDI left to make up for. To make the weekend (6 days) = -14% RDI/day = 86% daily RDI target #hopeful
