Day 3 of 60. I didn't get to the gym today. I blame the Yankees. It was great seeing the historic three grand slams, but does the game really need to last four and a half hours? Anyway, I'm not demanding that I get to the gym every day. If I make it 4-5 times a week, I think that's fully adequate.
I was able to keep to my eating plan. I'm still dealing with hunger issues, which I hope will subside in the next week as my body comes to terms with how much food it's going to get.
We had torrential rain almost all day today. Walking the five minutes to work with an umbrella left me looking like I had waded across a river. The forecast is for continued storms through the weekend, but it has stopped raining for the moment. The good news is I remembered to wear my pants when I left home today.
