Started taking phentermine this past week and it really helps with not being hungry for me. Also stopped drinking alcohol on a nightly basis so that must be what is helping. My daily caloric intake is definitly much lower with out beer on it.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
